Who can become a member of the Masonry Contractors' Association of Toronto

Those masonry contractors who are engaged in masonry contracting, EIFS Contractors engaged in engaged in the installation of of Exterior Insulated Finishing Systems and Stucco and Auxiliary Contractors servicing Masonry Contractors in the tarping of Masonry scaffolds, the installation of air and water vapour barriers, and the cleaning and washing of brick and block with the use of mechanical power washers in the Province of Ontario and who are in contractual relations with the Bricklayers', Masons Independent Union of Canada, Local 1 and with the Labourers' International Union of North America, Local 183.

I am a contractor bound to a collective agreement with a union other than the Bricklayers Masons Independent Union of Canada, Local 1 otr the Labourers International Union of North America, Local 183; can I join the Association?

No only those contractors who are bound to a collective agreement with Local 1 and Local 183 can join the Association.

I am a non-union contractor, can I join the Association?

Yes provided you agree to be bound to any collective agreement entered into by the Association on behalf of the membership.

I am not a contractor but I do supply products, material and equipment to the masonry and EIFS  industry, can I join the Association?

Yes those companies in the Material, Equipment and Supply of masonry products and services can join as Associate, non-voting, members.
